In XYTIDE, the press-on Nails products in the Featured Recommend category are carefully selected designer styles. They look fashionable, beautiful and elegant. In special circumstances, the shipping time of this style will be about 1-2 days laterthan normal. Please feel free to contact our customer service. We will do our best to ensure that you have a pleasant experience.
Kindly refer to our sizing guide for instructions. We also provide a size chart on every product page, below the product specifications, for quick referencing. If your measurements fall between sizes, simply drop us an email or direct message us on Instagram for sizing help.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size.

At XYTIDE, we are passionate about providing our handcrafted masterpieces to nail lovers around the world. However, we currently only support Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and will support more countries in the future. Free shipping, shipping time varies according to the region, and it is generally expected to be delivered in about 7-15 days.

Each nail art is tailor-made for you. Our custom approach not only guarantees personalized craftsmanship, but also supports sustainability by reducing waste. Please allow 2-5 working days for our professional nail artists to create your perfect setup.
🚚Shipping Time
Once our nail artists complete the handmade nail art, your order will be shipped immediately. Please keep in mind that we are very busy on weekdays, except for weekends and public holidays. Once your order package starts to be shipped to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number to record the progress of the package.
Delivery time is based on average estimates, and tracking updates may sometimes be delayed. Please don’t worry – just give a little extra time. If your tracking has not been updated for more than a week, please feel free to contact our customer service and we will immediately contact the shipping partner to investigate and ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.
📦 Lost or Stolen Items
We understand the frustration of waiting for a precious package only to have it disappear. While situations like this are beyond our control, our dedicated customer service team will work closely with you and the carrier office to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure a positive experience.
Size down! If the nail exceeds the width of your nail bed it may be uncomfortable and might lift along the sides resulting in weaker adhesiveness.
Please keep in mind that press-on nails are not meant for permanent wear. The longevity of a set largely varies from individual to individual and can last for weeks when properly applied. However, we encourage changing sets every 1-2 weeks for maximum hygiene and for your nails to catch a breather in between sets!
There is absolutely no downtime for our press-on nails! Just make sure to refrain contact with water, oils or lotions for a few hours after application. It is best to apply the nails before you go to bed so they can fully set overnight!
Yes! Our press-on nails are designed to be water proof.
Absolutely! Re-wear your favourite nail sets anytime you want by simply replacing the adhesive tabs.
We want to ensure every set of Pinky Winky nails you receive is new and clean. Therefore, due to the nature of our product and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.
